Highlights:
- This morning in Math, we did different stations connected to our gourds and pumpkins. At one station we measured gourds and compared their weights. At another, we estimated and then counted pumpkin seeds by grouping them. For another station, we graphed different Halloween pictures. Ask me what was my favourite station.
- For PE, we played Trick or Treater tag.
- During Literacy, we worked on some fun Halloween themed mad libs! We reviewed what nouns, adjectives, and verbs are. Ask me what words I included in mine.
- In Science, we read a fun book called Bartholomew and the Oobleck. We then had some messy fun by creating our own oobleck! Ask me what oobleck is and what state of matter it is. Below is the recipe for oobleck if you would like to make it.
- For Art, we created a haunted house picture! Ask me what details I included in mine.
- We lit our clay diyas today. They turned out beautiful!
