Highlights:

• This morning during Literacy, we had a "power writing" activity! We were given a picture and had to write a story making sure to include what is expected in Grade 3 writing. Ask me what I wrote about.

• In Math, we continued our money counting. We worked with dollars and bills. We also learned how to properly record an amount with the dollar sign and decimal.

• We had a short PE class today due to an unplanned fire drill. The students did a wonderful job getting to our muster point safely!
• In the afternoon, we had Art where we did a Tim Burton inspired self-portrait.
