Highlights:
- For Literacy, we did show don't tell writing for our gourds and pumpkins. We started by creating a web to describe our gourd. Ask me what are some words I included.
- In PE, we play zombie tag and witches broomstick tag. Ask me which one I liked more!
- For Math, we practiced reading large numbers. We then wrote them in standard form, expanded form, and number words. Ask me how I would read the number 37 654.
- In Science, we learned about natural and processed materials. Ask me what the difference is between them and examples.
- For Health, we talked about how we can do a zone check in. Ask me what are the steps.
Reminders:
- Thursday is Orange and Black Day. Students are welcome to dress in orange or black. They are also welcome to wear a costume if they wish. No masks or accessories. Students costumes should not interfere with their learning. If students want to wear their regular clothes, they can do so too!
- Picture Retakes are on Nov. 5.
